Poli Jewelers Return & Exchange Policy
At Poli Jewelers, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. Because many of our items are specially sourced or custom created, our return policies vary depending on the type of jewelry purchased.
Please review the policies below before making a purchase.
Natural Diamond Jewelry
• All natural diamond jewelry requires a 30% non-refundable deposit to purchase, source, or create the item.
• Once completed, items will be held for up to 30 days awaiting pickup.
• After 30 days, the 30% deposit will be considered a restocking fee.
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
• A 30% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• All returned items will undergo inspection before approval.
Lab Diamond Jewelry
• All lab diamond jewelry requires a 50% non-refundable deposit.
• Orders will be held for 30 days after completion.
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
• A 50% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
• Items must pass inspection before return approval.
Fine Jewelry
• All fine jewelry purchases require a 30% non-refundable deposit.
• Completed items will be held for up to 30 days for pickup.
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
• A 30% restocking fee will apply.
• Items must be returned in original condition and are subject to inspection.
Custom Jewelry
Custom jewelry is created specifically for each client.
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
• All custom jewelry sales are final.

Deposits
For many jewelry purchases, a deposit is required to source or create the item.
• 30% deposit required for most jewelry purchases
• Remaining balance due upon pickup or delivery
Items must be picked up within 90 days of purchase.
If items remain unclaimed after this period, they may be restocked and the deposit forfeited.
